Welcome to our boarding house

chata The luxurious stylish cottage after reconstruction is situated on the village square of a small village called Hostějov at the foot of highlands Chřiby, in a region with the scent of wine, plum brandy and a folk song.
Hostějov is the smallest village in the Zlín region, situated in a beautiful hilly landscape at the foot of Chřiby highland.
This completely renovated cottage with a large land offers an accommodation in a traditional style with a tiled stove.
On the ground floor of the building the kitchen is situated with the tiled stove, stylish furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a fridge, a microwave oven etc.). In the living part there is a comfortable collapsible sofa for 2 people and a TV set with DVD player. There are also 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 single-bedded room, WC and bathroom with shower, children’s playroom. In the attic there are 2 four-bedded rooms, each with fully equipped kitchen, gallery with sofa (with the possibility of one bed), 2 WC and bathrooms with shower.
Central heating is provided with electric boiler. Roofed terrace with grill and sitting. A part of the estate is a large land with the area of 5000m2. In the front part a sandpit, a swimming pool and a swing for children is available. Furthermore there is a natural fireplace with sitting, in the second part of the garden vineyards and orchards are located and in the third part you can find 4 Cameroon goats with free access to the egress.
